Dalian Beishi Trading Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating aquaculture, bottom-seeding and stock enhancement, production and processing, cold storage, distribution, wholesale, brand management, product R&D, raw-material supply, OEM/ODM contract manufacturing, and import–export operations. Its principal business scope includes dried aquatic products, quick-frozen foods, and other processed aquatic products, with key markets in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, as well as domestic regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, East China, Northeast China, and Northwest China. The company’s registered capital is RMB 30 million. It has two subsidiaries: the Marine Delicacies Branch and Yikoufu Food Co., Ltd. The factory complex covers an area of 33,000 square meters, comprising a 21,000-square-meter standard food-processing workshop, a 2,500-square-meter research building, and a low-temperature cold-storage facility with a capacity of 500 metric tons. Among these, the GMP-compliant workshop spans 3,600 square meters. The company boasts an annual production capacity of 100 metric tons of dried sea cucumbers, 400 metric tons of ready-to-eat sea cucumbers, 300 metric tons of blackfish roe, and 20,000 metric tons of frozen prepared foods.
1 Raw Material Procurement
During the annual peak seasons for springfish and mackerel scad (Spanish mackerel), numerous Japanese technical experts conduct 24-hour on-site quality inspections at the production sites, ensuring that the raw materials purchased by our company are of guaranteed quality.
2 Product Processing
The company is committed to producing healthy, delicious food. It employs processing methods and standards used for exports to Japan and maintains strict control over the production process. Customized processing services are available to meet specific customer requirements.
3 Sales
Each year, large quantities of pollock, mackerel scad (Spanish mackerel), sea cucumber grouper, and other raw materials are imported from Norway and Iceland for domestic sale.
Meanwhile, various imported raw materials are further processed at the factory, and the resulting products are sold in Japan and throughout China.
